What payment methods do you accept?

When will I be charged?


If your payment has been authorized, payment will leave your account immediately. You will receive an email stating that your order is being processed.

Will I Be Notified When My Order Has Been Placed?


Yes you will receive notification on orders been placed by yourself and will receive a confirmation email containing your order number & order details, once your order has reached our warehouse our team will process your order. At the stage you will receive a second email to confirm the dispatch of your order.
 

Am I Able To Cancel My Order?


You are able to cancel your order 20 minutes after placing the order. After this time you will be unable to as our super speedy team will already have processed & shipped your order.
 

My Parcel Has Not Arrived On Time, What Should I Do?
